First we go up the mountain to visit Boroka Lookout - one of the most popular locations in the Grampians. No walking involved, perfect way to "see the gap" and learn all about the region.
Next destination will be Bests's Wines, Great Western - on your way out to Great Western, learn about the Grampians and the wine region before rocking up to a family owned business who has been making wine for more than 155 years. Not only will you have wine tasting but be guided underground on a cellar tour and really step back into history.
Next location is Grampians Estate, Great Western where you will start with a trio of sparkling before tasting further whites and reds. Again learn about this family run vineyard and their connection to the land.
Last stop, Paper Scissor Rock Brew Co, Halls Gap this very popular brew house has an amazing selection of beers plus local wines where you get to enjoy a glass of your choice plus lunch is included.
Returning back to Halls Gap by 3pm.
