Pick up + Drop off
All out tours start/finish in Halls Gap and pick up/drop off locations included in our prices are:
- Halls Gap
- Pomonal
- Lake Fyans
The below additional charges for outside our standard pick up/drop off area are dependant on the location chosen.
Additionally, the extended pick up/drop off service is only be available when the entire bus is booked or minimum of six passengers, depending on tour and day, still email us your request as we will always try to accommodate when we can.
These charges are in addition to existing tour price and are not standard transfer charges.
Please Note: Not all tours can offer additional pick up + drop off service outside of Halls Gap/Pomonal/Lake Fyans as time will not allow due to back to back tours running.
We do not offer pick up/drop off out side of
Halls Gap on Saturdays and any of the short beer and wine blasts tours.
If your Pick up + Drop off location is either Halls Gap, Pomonal, Lake Fyans there is no extra charge, this is a complimentary service.
For pick up + drop off in Stawell an additional cost of $30 per person.
If your Pick up+ Drop off location is Great Western or Moyston an additional cost of $50 per person.
If your Pick up+ Drop off location is Ararat an additional cost of $90 per person.
If your Pick up+ Drop off location is Beaufort or Horsham or Dunkeld an additional cost of $100 per person. This service is also only available when the entire tour/bus has been booked with no other additional pickups on the same day.
Other rural areas will be considered when the entire bus is booked out. Please contact us with your request.
